
Education Bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, human resources, or a related field (Master's or HR Certification preferred).
Experience At least 7 years of progressive administrative services experience, including personnel management and supervision.

The Management Services Director is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, City Clerk, Information Technology, Grants Management and Special Projects functions of the city.
