The Risk Management Division is actively seeking a Risk Operations Manager.

The position reports directly to the Chief of the Risk Division. The primary function of this position is to oversee the financial, systems and procurement activities of the department.
Examples of Work
- Oversight and management of the actuarial process, including:
- Development, implementation, and application of risk metrics.
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of financial risk exposures internally and externally.
- Procuring, validating, and evaluating loss data, loss triangles and all other information provided to actuary, including forecasting and strategic planning.
- Assists Risk Finance Manager in gathering data.
- Assists Risk Finance Manager with yearly budget planning and execution.
- Develops and administers procurement activities in the department.
- Works with Systems and Compliance Manager on systems programming, updates, vendor management and compliance with contracts.
- Assists with establishing and implementing program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Participates in the recruitment process across the department.
- Supervises employees, including the Finance Manager and the Systems and Compliance Manager
- Assigns responsibility, takes corrective action, demonstrates leadership in evaluating, developing, and motivating employees.
- Communicates clear direction, manages for results, and leads organizational change.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
