Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience in municipal management.

• Five years of experience in governmental operations at a supervisory level or higher.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Town Manager or higher is preferred.

• A master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.

The Town of Weathersfield is recruiting its next Town Manager—a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic municipal organization close to the New Hampshire border in a beautiful Windsor County community of approximately 3,000 residents. Working under the direction of the Selectboard, the Town Manager serves as the administrative head of Town government, overseeing municipal operations, personnel, budgeting, capital planning, purchasing, grants, facilities, and the implementation of Town policies.
