Information Systems Analyst

Candidates should have a four (4) year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Project management, or other related field; candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years of related work experience in a government environment, and a strong customer service skill

Fauquier County is seeking a strong analytical individual to serve as the Information Systems Analyst. The Information Systems Analyst serves as the primary support resource for the County’s Human Resources, Finance, and Budget Systems. This position provides user assistance in trouble shooting documentation, training, testing, and coordination with vendors. This position also coordinates with Information Technology staff, and business stakeholders, to ensure effective utilization of enterprise systems. The position supports business processes and continuous improvement.
