Job Description

Team Gilbert is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead our Human Resources Department, which we call our People Team. This department of 28 dedicated professionals is responsible for talent acquisition, business partnerships, organizational development, employee wellness, compensation and benefits, safety, HR technology, and people operations.

We are looking for an inspiring and authentic people leader who can articulate a compelling vision for the future of its workforce and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, innovative, and relationship-driven executive with exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate others through a shared vision while fostering a culture where employees can grow, develop, and thrive.
