Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; high school diploma required.
- Professional certification in recruiting or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with exposure to generalist work such as Ambassador relations, training, or policy support.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office, with demonstrated ability to track and report on recruiting and People and Culture metrics.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and basic labor agreements, with the judgment to know when to escalate complex issues.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple requisitions and priorities at once.
- Clear and confident communicator who can build trust with leaders, Ambassadors, and candidates, and provide excellent service with professionalism and empathy.

Job Description
The Senior People and Culture Generalist (Recruitment) – Strengthens the recruitment team by leading key hiring activities across multiple roles. The position handles sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to secure high-quality hires quickly and reliably. It also provides focused generalist support in onboarding, system administration, training, and compliance to help deliver a consistent, positive experience for Ambassadors and candidates.

- Recruitment Planning and Coordination: Partner with the recruitment team and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop job postings, and plan recruiting strategies and timelines for open roles, while also identifying internal talent, supporting career paths, and recommending development opportunities where it makes sense.
- Sourcing, Screening, and Interviews: Proactively source candidates, review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews to ensure an efficient and consistent selection process.
- Recruitment Systems and Reporting: Administer recruitment and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate data entry, requisitions, timely candidate status updates, and clean metrics. Generate and share regular recruiting reports and dashboards with the team and leaders.
- Candidate Experience, Offers, and Onboarding: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, support offer preparation and approvals, manage pre-employment steps, and coordinate onboarding logistics and start dates.
- Generalist Functions: Support leaders and Ambassadors with day-to-day People and Culture questions, escalate more complex issues when needed, help deliver New Hire Orientation and core training, keep records and key metrics accurate and current, and lead projects by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and driving follow-through.
- Service: Provide extraordinary service to all internal and external customers and serve as a primary contact for assistance with questions and problem resolution in all areas of responsibility. Serve as a resource for Ambassadors on policy and procedures with a consistent focus on talent retention.
