
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; and five years of progressively-responsible human resources management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
