This critical role is instrumental in supporting the HR Director, overseeing a diverse range of responsibilities, including recruitment, risk management, professional development, and ensuring rigorous compliance with ADA and FMLA regulations.

The successful candidate will adeptly support departmental needs while addressing the needs of both employees and the organization.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience.

Certification in HR management (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is desirable.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to tackle complex HR issues and improve departmental efficiency.
