Job Requirements

This position requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in urban or regional planning, architecture, public administration or a related field; 7 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in planning, community development, building and safety or a related field that includes 4 years of management and/or supervisory experience.  AICP certification, experience in both the public and private sector, and bilingual ability are desirable.
